We drove up to Mt. Maunganui shortly after our stop at Hobbiton to get along the coast. It was an overcast day but still you could appreciate the Volcano and its beach. Though this place will forever be remembered as where I had my favorite New Zealand meal to date, at Latitude 37. The Chocolate Rasberry Mousse was phenomenal.
