South Island Vacation Update...
Hey all,
So I just am getting back into the swing of things after my amazing South Island vacation with Jessica. It was absolutely one of the best times of our lives. We went kayaking in Abel Tasman, relaxed on private beaches, drove though the scenic landscapes of Middle Earth, made our primo Margaritas and Mojitos, relaxed again in the thermal pools of Hanmer Springs, hiked ontop of Fox Glacier through the rainforest, took a helicopter ride to the tops of Franz Josef glacier, went on two cruises, one in Te Anau to the glow worm caves, the other in pristine Milford Sound with its epic cliff faces and countless waterfalls. Additionally we had absolutely perfect weather which is very rare for NZ.
After that we relaxed around Wellington and enjoyed the annual Carnival and took a trip up to Stonehenge Aotearoa. In all I think we took about 1000 photos which Jess and I are going through and picking just the very best to show everyone. So, I'll do my best and have those up in a the near future.
Other then that work is getting back to normal. Lance and I went snorkling again today, we were going to go surfing, my first time, though the weather didn't permit as there were literally no waves today, the sea was like glass. I am going to go this week and will let you know how that goes. Take care everyone and Happy St. Patty's Day!
All the best.
